Urging the general public to speak out against book censorship at two high schools are the Kids' Right to Read project.One of the school's is located in Pennsylvania, while the other one is in located in the state of California. It is understood that Laurie Halse Anderson's "Speak" as well as Jeannette Wall's "The Glass Castle" were both being challenged.
For free speech in the advocation of student's right to read everywhere, KRRP is calling on supporters. Even in light of this year's Banned Books Week, which is upcoming.
