What is your name? Irene What is your age or age range? 34 Where do you live? Lafayette Hill, PA What do you like about Pennsylvania? I have lived in PA all my life. It is a beautiful state. I love living in an area with natural beauty, and often as pa residents we take that for granted. I just recently opened my own business in PA. The community is so supportive. It is a tea and gift shop...and is also web-based. www.theteafairy.org What do you dislike about Pennsylvania? Would love to be closer to the ocean, but I'll deal with the 1 1/2 hours drive. The Pennsylvania Chamber believes that the PA Unemployment Compensation laws are out of whack compared to other states. Some of the changes they want include: - Temporary benefits only for those unemployed because of circumstances that are no fault of their own.
- The use of an experience rating to more fairly compute exployer taxes.
- Better State employment search system
