Though there had been not one single state that had escaped the economic, as well as the employment crisis which ensued, sweeping the entire nation and most of the world, Pennsylvania had certainly been experiencing a rising unemployment rate, and so, for near three years now.

In November, from since the first time since the month of March back in the year two thousand and seven, the unemployment rate of the state had decreased. This had been from a figure of just about 8.9 percent to 8.5 percent.

Although the Pennsylvania unemployment rate has been very high for a long time now,I have a feeling we will see another decrease once the first quarter of 2010 is over.

Is it possible that the rate has dropped to 8.5% because the people of exhausted there unemployment benefits. I believe that it's higher than what we are being told.
