Good office sheeple are never fired because they do exactly the same thing as all the co-workers do who don't get fired. They all act the same way, day in and day out. They pretend to do their work, brown nose the boss, and always stay under the radar.
It would be hard to prevent someone who is an office sheeple from drawing unemployment benefits because they could honestly claim they do the same thing as everyone else, so in effect if you fire them, you would have to fire them ALL.
